Edit: I do like the safe option from the salvage yard and nightclub. And seeing as the agency has one I was looking more to that.

It's semi-active, on bail office you have 2 agents you can dispatch to catch wanted people every 48m, it can give you 40K IIRC, autoshop will have you modify a car and the staff can deliver it for you, salvage yard does give daily money thingy but you have to do tow mission to increase its daily salary (similar to how safe works in agency, more contract more pay for the safe)
