Go around the outside first, once you learn the location of the things you have to destroy it gets easier, after that learn the locations of the packages and go straight to them, grab them and get back in the car. Save the 2 in the dock for last then steal the plane.

What I noticed is that once you get the bar all the way down you can complete it by running things over and killing enemies. So I like to go around the outside first to get most of the destruction done without having to deal with enemies

Draimage with kosatka, kill the dude then kill the dude at the cam, kill the cam, 1 goes up, 1 goes to the left at the main building, 1 on the left kills jug and dude which walks in cam, other dude get card and vault, left dude gets trough the gate and upper dude falls down, you get main while other dude gets basement secondary. You both exfil with 2 bikes 1 in front of you and 1 on the right, the 1 on the right is guarded by 3 guards and 1 cam you kill those p1/2
