Vigilante missiles should be able to be equipped in any special vehicle workshop. Avenger, MOC, and arena.

And the arena modes just give trade prices and then certain vehicles at like level 100, 500, 1000. There's a list somewhere.

According to some you tubers, the only one worth selling is to the one that has the star next to it. Otherwise you are better off doing the sell mission. But this depends if you use MC, businesses or not.

• I'm reading Ruiner has the best flexible missiles, and appears on map as a regular car. But it takes only one explosion and dies
• Toreador, is good, missiles not as good as Ruiner, but because its a car you might end up as a sitting duck. Can take multiple missiles
• Deluxo is similar, and extremely slow

Drive to it, I usually drive around the north side and look in that direction, if I don’t see it then I drive around the block or just take the tunnel if I’m not going for elite.

After your on the platform go far right, then far left you can climb straight up

Sometimes it doesn’t show. Just take the tunnel at that point since you won’t make elite anyways. When coming out the tunnel alway drive on the left side, the game will try to send you on the right side but for some reason cops get alerted again if you drive up on the right side of the map.
