Should i buy the kosatka for cayo perico or the agency for the dre contract? Which one is a better moneymaking method? If you don't normally fill hangars then yes, just fill it and leave it until then. But if you normally do use your hangar cargo, its best just to keep using it and then stock up once you get news of an upcoming one

i bought it for base access + personal aircrafts and customizing them. i dont use hangar for money, it is bad compared to most existing methods, so yes it would be better for you to fill it then wait.
make sure u fill it with the best cargo tho which is medical, narcotics and chemicals

just pick one of those, and fill it up w that. dont fill it up with a mix of them as you get a bonus if you sell 25/50 of the same thing at once

The only flaw in his tutorial is that killing the guy that's near the gate can sometimes make you get detected with his body. So for the first few times when you are trying to stealthily do the heist, you should avoid killing him. He can be killed in front of the stairs, but that involves killing the juggernaut

Each item like uniforms has about 7-8 possible locations. When you start the scoping, rng picks 3-4 of those as the actual spots you fill find stuff at. Repeat this for cutters and grapple hook and cut powder. Secondary loot works the same way. There’s like 24? total locations on the island, at rng time it picks 12? of them and assigns random loot. Repeat this inside the compound
