It should be in an update very soon. It brought new challenges to the existing and new dlc which gives money, exclusive clothing, cars, and big RP bonuses. For every 5 tier 4 challenges you do you unlock a singleplayer character's most recognizable outfits

What the career progress challenges? They vary. Some of the ones related to contact missions are doable somewhat easily. Most just take time. The worst part is that some seem bugged, my friends have struggled to get the casino mission challenges due to a pistols only challenge thats very touchy about actually rewarding you properly
