Open resource monitor > Find gta5.exe (or enhanced .exe) > Suspend process for ~7 - ~10 seconds > Resume process

You will load into a session almost instantly, however you will be by yourself but you can get out of clouds, black screens, and white screens with it or infinite loading, it does kick you from your current session as a trade off though
