#unable to download onward on the Quest Link app

I own it on my quest 2 and on my PC, but for some reason I am unable to install it on my PC. Everytime I try to download it, it keeps sending me a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't install Onward. Visit Meta Quest Support to get help". I already tried doing what they said in the support page but it does not work, has anyone else had this problem.

I was playing it perfectly fine on my PC 2 weeks ago, and it just randomly deleted itself and i am now no longer able to download any games on my quest link app
