uninstall and reinstall djs

i did multiple times already, first i thought it might be problem with my main project so i made another one but the same thing happened

try downgrading to v13.6

13.6 works fine for me

i wanted to migrate to 13.7 so I can use new features but then this error happen and it looks that I'm the only one having this problem
