I am making a bot in discord.js, but i am trying to set it up so that i can use the bot to create commands.

A.K.A - /command create (command name) (reply)

How would i go about doing this

I was thinking of doing this, but the issue is i got some code to create commands yet i just dont see to get it working

i got the base code from the docs

but im trying to set it to / instead of having a prefix

i dont have a database setup
