So i have a really simple question,

Is SlashCommandBuilder by default set to all contexts and integration types.

What's your exact discord.js npm list discord.js and node node -v version?

According to documentation, all contexts are default, and integration depends on your chosen one's from the Installation tab on dev portal. But I believe it doesn't work as intended
