Bot late respond like 5m to 1hr in 1 or 2 channel only and if i restart bot then it work perfectly

i have an issue with my bot sometme in some one or two channel bot reply after 5min and sometime it reply after 1hr for example in chat section bot reply in 30min and in same server bot-cmd channel bot respond instantly. and if i restart my bot then it work perfectly

Please help me
