#What is this "Text Input"?

So I was looking at the ComponentType for message components and when looking at the Discord docs (which there was a link to in the discord api types doc) I found this text input.

Is the text input for like commands or models? Guessing there is no way for you to add a text input to a message but I was just wondering.
