are interaction id's and message id's unique across all guilds and channels? | discord.js - imagine an app | Page 1

i am storing guild and channel id's with my interaction id'd but if the interaction id is unique and a no interaction id would appear in any other server or channel, then i don't have to take this extra precaution.
