Not it weren't
But the buttons in a message does not have individual rate limits, they follow the messages ratelimit
If you send a message with no buttons and a message with 25 buttons the ratelimit is the same
The ratelimit for click buttons is another thing, they follow the interaction post ratelimit which is per button
Not applicable to bots tho
They are dynamic, we can't have sure
But relax, djs handle ratelimits
