That means that it lends its structure to some more organised and militaristic elements – but in a lighter manner than more hardcore “MilSim” groups. The comparison can perhaps best put with the Rebel Alliance/Resistance from Star Wars, which would be more “light MilSim” compared to that of the Empire (hardcore MilSim). So, while there are organised militaristic elements to the Star Corps, it is not intended to be heavy-handed.]
