Wenn is what is called a subordinating conjunction. In a simple sentence, the verb will simply be pushed back to the end. If you throw in some more complex tenses, modal verbs or auxiliary verbs, then there are some extra steps to determine which verb goes where, but in general the entire verb group will be at the end.
