How to practice speaking?

I've found good listening writing vocab grammar exercises online, but just not speaking. Does anyone have any programs or online things to help? Thanks

I would recommend watching those videos with subtitles in German and just repeating what they say

if you have an irl teacher or speaking partner you can also repeat what they say to yourself until you learn to verbally form sentences quickly on your own
