Question about My options

Hello, I had a question regarding what are my possible options in regards to relocating to Germany. I have been self studying the language for 3 non-connected years and have been working with a teacher every Saturday or Sunday since August of this year. I'm at an A2 level total , but I can hear and read between B1-B2.1 depending on the subject discussed.

I have worked logistics for 4yrs in the past and currently for a non-profit for 3yrs. I have multiple certifications and I completed Community Health Worker certification December 18th of this year.

My goal is to live/settle, work, study and contribute my talents. I want to get a degree and get into a field that can contribute to the over community.

What are my options? I can share my resume w/o revealing my personal info for review if need.

Hey, I'm gonna focus on your language level since I can relate to your situation there. I'm a German native but I recently moved to Sweden and have about the same language level in Swedish as you have in German now. It is definitely too low to really expect any opportunities in the job market. Most companies don't want their ecosystem to get disturbed so they will always prefer a native/fluent speaker. From talking to other expats I would say that at least level B1 or B2 in all categories (reading, listening, writing, speaking) is necessary to even get noticed by companies and be able to communicate effectively. This might be even more extreme in Germany compared to Sweden but I'm just guessing here. I don't want to discourage you completely from trying now but I would recommend taking some more time and focussing on learning the language before making any big decisions, such as moving, quitting your job etc. I don't have experience in your field(s) so view this as more general advice.
