Can anyone tell me a bit about Ausbildung?, I'm really interested in working in Germany since I started high school.
I've read a lot from the internet but I've seen that every source is different like "you need b2 in this, but others said you need b1"

Ausbildung has no "hard" language requirement. If the company takes you and says you're good enough, you're good. Just keep in mind you'll sit around with a bunch of native 16yo kids and be taught in German only.

It's okay, I know what challenge I have to face, but I'm still curious on which is right, since I'm interested in working as a cook in Germany

Because every company can set their own requirements really

You should look up actual positions and see their direct requirements
