I had heard from a friend that "Stabil" is an abbreviation for saying "Alright, perfect." But I am not sure if it is true. Could this be used?

Seems to be a relatively new usage of the word? It features in rap and the likes

( but it isn't an "abbreviation", it is a word! an adjective. )

it means stable, sturdy

this usage is like - "cool" meaning cold and chilly but people use it to mean interesting

or impressive

"stabil" - think of like saying
"that sounds like a solid plan" 👍

or "everything is stable, going smoothly"

so you can use like "alright perfect" or "cool cool" or "sounds good" or "great" that kind of expression

also yeah the usage is colloquial and relatively new, so yea you won't read it in literature or hear older people saying it.
