Difference Between “kein” and “nicht”?

kein= nicht ein

"nicht ein" isn't used in the German language. Instead you'd use "kein"

Sometimes, "kein" is also used to say "0" or "no" like in "there are no rules" => Es gibt keine Regeln.

So “Ich spreche kein Deutsch.” means “I speak no German”, so would I use “Ich spreche nicht Deutsch”/“Ich spreche Deutsch nicht” (not sure where nicht goes yet)?

I wouldn't use "Ich spreche nicht Deutsch." It would work grammatically, but it's not used very often.
