As many ways as you possibly can.

e.g. if you're A2, push towards B1. This way you learn new things that you can use. If you push too far, you'll be making more mistakes and a greater variety of them, leading to lots of new content that you won't be consistently practicing

but do they also benefit by giving my a receipt for medication ?
because I noticed here doctors do their best to solve your problem on point so you don't take anything or go through several checkups

I live in Australia rather than Germany, of course, but here the doctors simply don't want to do a bad job at being doctors. Most of them just want to do what's best for you. Maybe the attitude is just the same in Germany?
Or perhaps part of it is that if people don't like the service, they don't feel committed to staying with the same doctor? I know in some countries people are forced to go to specific doctors based on who will take their insurance or whatever, but here, you can be very selective if you don't like the doctors.

Like I said, I can only talk about here but... it's the same. Doctors will try their best to avoid testing if it's not necessary, and especially if it will cost you money or you have to travel far for it. But they will also go out of their way to do things that are helpful but "unnecessary". It's partly that they want what's best and partly that a lot of people aren't going to do shit just because their doctor says so, if it's a pain to do.
