Oh ja ๐
Yes!
Kann ich dich auch hier reinschmeiรen Chucko? :^)
I thought the green indicator thingy was picking up background noises but it was actually because you all were talking
Klar, gib mir 10 Minuten
๐
I am going to sleep now, I suppose ๐ฆ
@cold vessel this is a p4 so it cant do much
Gute Nacht Flopsl ๐

Bye
yay
and maths
Servus Shrimp
What does it mean?
Do math in German.
Ouch.
That was a pretty crazy situation ^^
Im gonna join the VC today between 12CET and 15CET. Someone has some free time inbetween there?
I might be able to join.
M-m-m-m-maybe
@pallid kelp What was the Sicilian for Zettel?
Direi piuttosto foglietto
yep. But foglietto is more generally a piece of paper. The idea I have for a Zettel is more specific
but close enough :P
Yes, berzi
Sprichst du auch italienisch solet?
I guess, yeah. There isn't a single word in Italian that covers all the definitons of Zettel
Wiktionary lists italian cedola - what is that to you?
Nope, no italienero here
literally never heard that word
the definition in my dictionary refers to those little slips of paper that get ripped off a bigger card thing e.g. coupons
well, t's part of the etymology of Zettel so i guess its use in that area is a bit antiquated
yeah, cedola is like der Abschnitt or Coupon
@twilit garden i only ever heard cedola because of monopoly, and even then I think it was an old version of the game
it said it evolved from medieval latin so it should be pretty old ^^
I mean... most of Italian comes from latin. Not every word is antiquated though :p
I think I barely passed the A2, but I would like to take the B1. How should I study?
what are your weak and strong points?
do you know any German native speakers?
weak vocab can be solved through contact with German media, not sure about average sentence structure
Should I read German media and translate as needed?
It would be advised, but I am not a language teacher
Danke
just get as much German input in general as you reasonably can
@proven eagle You should probably give yourself a role so people know your level and can help you accordingly.
Do you know your CEFR level?
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment, abbreviated in English as CEFR or CEF or CEFRL (compared to the German abbreviations GeR or GeRS, the French abbreviation CECRL, the Italian QCER, or the Sp...
If you've just started you would be level A. Have you just started?
@twin ginkgo I started about 3 months ago, I wanna study uni in Germany so that's why I learn ^^ hbu?
OMGGG YOU'RE LIVING THE DREAM
I just happen to meet a German friend online and I have to admit - they've just really sparked my interest in german culture
and how different and amazing the country is like HAVE U SEEN THEIR WINDOWSSSS
Windows? no? XD
@opal sequoia You are an inspiration sir/ma'm/etc? Idk, but wow .... I aspire you โค
WHATTT
I love how windows in Europe work. Both sides open, and they open all the way. Quite the opposite of windows in North America, many of which hardly open at a...
Oh - same ^^
oh I know those windows, well, I have it at home
I didn't know it was that big of a deal? XDDD
what oAo
we don't have those :/
So it was like MIND BOGGLING to me
Are these windows all over Europe or just Germany or am I being narrow minded?
I think they're wide spread in Europe? I've seen them in Poland Lithuania and Latvia as well
oh
but it's like, eh, what's the word, luxury?
mhh those are normal in germany
are you all from europe?
Last few people who texted here except Base, yup
ahhh, omg same! @opal sequoia
Base how're you doing btw? XD
^
I'm good, thanks. You? Are you stressed, eyes?
I'm, eh, dizzy?
I have slept and woken up in a really weird hour combination and relying my day on caffeine
Ich suche jemanden zu ein bisschen A1-B1 zu sprechen jetzt
and nop, I'm almost always not stressed about exams man, I have that ability, call it trait or weakness it works both sides XD
when did you join the server, Lucy?
Hahahah okay, we've been chatting with Base about my finals and stuff last night..? Idk what time it was for you by then
A lot of my friends don't care much for the language I'm learning so. I decided to find some new ones xD
oh its 10:28pm 8/1/2018
Where in Australia do you live, Lucy?
well, Base help me i can't math the time difference and what time it was when we talked XD
brb coffee
I can't even remember.
(I realised that was a dumb question)
Well you can just say the state. That's fine.
Ahh, me too. ๐
WHATTT
That's cool.
freakin' out xD That's awesomeee
Yes, are you in high school or university?
Ahh, where do you want to study?
Okay, easier math
I study at the University of Melbourne.
๐
oh no
what courseee
more kangaroos
Bachelor of Science.
=A=
Haha so kann's passieren
omggg, first, second year?
Bright side, Base won't be too lonely when it's early hours for Europeans
ahah xD
jk Base, messing with ya
AUSTRALIAN INVASION
Well my study schedule is kind of weird because I've taken time off in between, and not doing 100% study load.
Oh
But like 2nd/3rd year subjects.
oml~ how .... I'm literally calculating the average travel time and its costs
oml =A=
Well the train is just 1.5 hours, if it's on time.
meet and learn how to German
Big shout outs to people like you
Thanks. ๐
Ohh, I see.
u?
And what degree are you going to do?
Biomed
Hmm, like Gippsland area. ๐
ahh - I was there two weeks ago xD
Biomed? I'm also in medical field btw
Oh, what for? ๐ฎ
Ja
No one will care as long as you keep it to the general chats.
Sweet~~~
ahah xD
Hey
I guess you are still A if you just recently started lucy? X)
A?
Level A in German. Beginner level.
^
Danke Base ๐
Yes I am A xD
D1
There is A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. That's from lowest to highest.
P1
D1 is German professor
(P1 is excluse to Pferd)
only Base tells the truth, all others, including me, tell lies
P1 is only for memers.
ooooh
^ yup
Passive 1.
Btw there is one other guy on this server who also studies at UoM.
Passive1 yeah, that's his profession XD
pferdi likes to teach about the passive
So you might meet him sometime.
oooh wow, what does he study? ^^
ahh yeah
Teach me!
did u go to the high schools in gippsland too? or the city areas?
He did German for his breadth though, in case that's something you're into.
I did philosophy for mine. ๐
Yeah, I studied near where I still live.
Yep, you can ask.
I'm 21 in 22 days.
I'm 24.
what is one's "breadth"?
wew, I'm 20
Wie geht's alles euch allen
ooo~
Yea I also had to google that
im 17 o7o
Hmm, it's a feature of the stucture of the degree they do at the University of Melbourne.
*euch allen, grey
Whew Base all grown up already <3
(just hoping ya'll are short)
Solet never misses
danke, Solet.
They don't have any study core like a lot of universities do.
And it's great, eyes!
only *allen could work, if this is an indirect question
Thanks for the info Luna
You have a set number of subjects you have to do that are outside of your degree. e.g. I study a science degree. I have to do 4-6 non-science subjects. Those are my breadth subjects.
Different from electives because electives are classed as science (in my case).
Aaah yes
so it's similar to a minor in American universities?
No, you don't get a qualification for it or anything.
It's just a way to encourage people to branch out and round out their knowledge.
It doesn't have to be one topic.
I could have done a commerce class, an arts class, a fine arts class, etc.
so it's mostly out of curiosity, why one would do it?
for fun
I'm sorry if I sound naive but, isn't it like an extra work?
To encourage students to broaden their education, but without the restrictions of a core set of classes.
I don't know what you mean, eyes.
You're required to do them.
Some people disagree with it, some people really like it.
Well, I realized what I was asking in your latest messages so dw XD
Just way to say: "Hey, it's better to know things outside your field so you could have conversations, meaningful ones, outside your field."
The University of Melbourne degree structure has been a bit controversial since it was changed to this.
omg omg omg base, they do german as a breadth for biomed too
It sounds interesting inasmuch as that it forces you to learn about other things, which could be potentially useful towards to your main degree in unexpected ways, but it also sounds irritating due to the "forced" extra work.
Yeah, you can do any classes as breadth, Lucy! Except biomed.
people like to learn stuff that are fun or seem interesting, pferdi
if they are available
"inasmuch" Pferd is that a real thing
i did latin for fun in school
gahhh this is awesome! Oh, this might sound dumb, but are there any sports related? Specifically track, running or swimming?
yes
Latin for fun
I use it all the time
You can do things that hugely benefit your degree, Pferd. Like for example, people doing non-science can even get a qualification like a diploma of mathematics, by using their breadth.
is it really written in one word, pferdi?
Solet like educational wise or self taught?
yes
in school
Or you can get a diploma of language.
@whole rapids Of course there will be work, but if you choose something you enjoy it won't be a drainer ^^
But you can also use it just to take a break from your studies or do something you can't do otherwise.
yeah, if you couldn't freely choose it'd be shit
I've also had to learn real basics of latin because, you know, medical field has it everywhere
I wish I had something like that tbh
Oh wait, what do you mean, Lucy? Sports-related breadth?
yes Base ๐
and learning lating made me appreciate other languages a lot more
^I totally agree
like?
before learning latin i was more like eh... languages meh
About clubs though, what do they actually do in them?
but after learning latin i was a lot more open to other languages
I've never tried any of the sports ones. ๐
was a pretty interesting change for me
But here's the website: http://www.sport.unimelb.edu.au/joinaclub
o
You can read about the ones you like.
Danke!
It's cool that you had that oppurtunity Solet
having the need to... be very precise in deciphering latin made me realize how much "freedom" we had in other languages
OMG OMG OMG OMG THIS IS THE DREAM
and latin taught me how to properly look up words in a dictionary
which is kinda useful
STATES OR NATIONAL COMPETITIONS
Yes. ๐
How do you do that, Solet?
Thanks guys!
You're saying that latin is pretty much strict?
Night~
Goodnight.
Gute Nacht
mhh, grammar wise it is very strict
I have a feeling this is the reason you make us find stuff (work out our butts) on our own instead of straight up telling, Solet
interpreting wise... no, not strict at all
Gute Nacht
henbri, words in latin can look like any type, verbs can look like adjectives or nouns etc
and just because it ends in -us, a common noun ending
doesn't mean it is actually a noun
so your first guess is, it may be a noun
Sol, Latin is your third foreign?
and then you look up the word
and you can't find it
and then you think, maybe it's another declination
and look for other endings
and then you still find nothing
and then you think, it can't be an adjective either
and then you remember, fuck, verbs can have that ending sometimes too
and then you look for the verb
and if you don't know the verb
you have to guess the conjugation for the verb
wow fuck latin
so you learn how to properly look up a word step for step
Languages to learn: German, Spanish, ???
Languages to never learn: Latin, Bavarian
oh, sometimes words can have the same stem
so you have to check both conjugations
to see which fits
ehehe
and if you think german word order is crazy
oh i studied Latin for 3 years
latin has no word order
i loved it!
Yes show it to the darn Bavarians Pferd
you can place any word anywhere you want
Translating from Latin was like solving puzzles
doesn't Esperanto do that as well?
That would kill me, Solet
Sol, do you know anything about Arabic? It's probably a painful language to learn
also "original" latin doesn't have interpunction
it was reaaaaally fun and interesting!
all the texts we read have interpunction inserted by others to help reading
I think learning German would set you up for that henbri
if you read old latin texts without help they have no interpunction
at all
so you have to find out yourself where a sentence ends
:D
O_O
nope, grey, i don't know arabic
i am a bit intrigued by it
but i have other languages i would prefer learning at the moment, if i started learning again
I'd like to speak arabic.
You could have the same three letters ordered the same way with a difference that's the notation above the letter and have like 3 to even 7 different words sometimes, between verbs, adj, nouns
I could be able to help, foxxo if you like.
Are you still in lectures, @crystal delta ?
Maybe in 10 years, dude ^^
lol
i should probably just stop being lazy and start learning
Yes, Luna.
Does this picture answer your question @opal sequoia? ๐น
I don't know, english + german feels lke it's not enough.
What is this class, Catto?
Physics
Well, I thought of either French or Italian after like B1 in German
oh no, foxxo is addicted to language learning
Yes, Pferd
Oh. ๐น
But English C1 and German C2 first.
I have English C1+ and i think that's more than enough
I'd rather learn other languages than having the C2 of any
Languages changes the way you think, they help you to think differently if you think in other language than your native. Or just "alt+shift" from time to time
Is German's B2 like 7 in IELTS?
@hushed oriole C1+ eh. What does this mean: hitherto
You can't study with B2 in uni in Germany.
So, C1 is 7 and B2 is, like, 5?

Horse, I saw you discusing that once lol
Let's use math
idk how to express it correctly in English. Up to today?
please, call me caballo
until now?
ohh, maths
Caballito
what about albeit and lest
But I heard the "spaces" between German levels aren't equal
Alas
Albeit sounds like Arbeit
albeit means although but their use is different since one is a conjunction and the other a... preposition maybe?

they aren't grey
I know how to use it
It doesn't though, foxxo.
And lest means... HmHmHm so that not?
Theeen
in comparison
i can't help
idk it that's well expressed lol
Albeit rhymes with weigh or slay.
Use google grey
yep
I've passed the test, Caballo
and tell me
Past!
๐
Everyone hide lest we all get punched by Pferd :(
i can't do German, English and Spanish homework at the same time..
drives me insane
doing multiple languages at the same times is difficult
unless some of them are more advanced
^^
Oh, btw, pferd, in case you are intersted, which it's fine if you don't care, but: http://breadth.unimelb.edu.au/
Info about what you asked.
So uni is the critical parameter, the lowest levels you could study should be equal
Base tonight I'll ping you at nerds channel for the coding, are you gonna be available?
When?
Wanna get help for the exam
I can do it later too if that's a problem
bad eyes
Oh, sure, I'll try to be here then.

Hahahah no Foxxo thanks XD
What are you going to code?
That's roughly around when I wake up so I'm not sure of the exact time.

ah it's fine, that's like 10-11-12pm for me which is basically my noon (bad sleep cycle)
Foxxo you wanna see what I'm studying?
like, the notes n stuff XD
Foxxerl can teach you how to draw c:
yes
Yes, what will we code, eyes?
Lol
flops can teach you too
Foxxo, haven't you consider other type of languages?
Mhmm
yeah, im going to learn french or korean, im not sure
Korean is really nice
you can learn korean with sesky :P
ew bones
But French will get you more places. Korean isnโt really spoken anywhere and most of it is loan words anyway
i understand it is happening
Yea I've also been ew-ing the whole nite I know
but i don't like learning languages because of usefulness
especially after having already learnt other languages
@opal sequoia nothing particular? I thought we were gonna learn together
Korean is just amazing
If you want utility go with french
I meant programming, lol
like a language
Korean is a really great language indeed
Yes, eyes. But I was just wondering if you had a plan. ๐
But we can just learn in general.
Yeah that, or I'll try to think of something till then
I thought you were French!
if not, we'll do general how about that? ๐
Do you want utility or do you just want to learn a nice language for the fun of it?
just learn what you would have most fun in
Don't you think im flappy....
Yer the man, Base ^^
you already got english and german
@hushed oriole sorry got distracted, but lest is a conjunction that has to do with the desire to prevent something happening
Wasn't someone going to make a bot that detected when flops joined VC? ๐ค
Like I said, I don't know now. ๐ฆ
no no no, I though you both were French
Henbri I remember reading that few days ago
Ok
Ah...
foxxo is as french as flops is blue
e.g. you will learn German, lest you want to die a horrible death
Lol
The world would end before her name's color turns blue
Im more french than flappy is blue tho
nully is the bot fiend
... wait....
so he has to do it when he is not in school or drunk
How2roastFlopsl
So, where are you from?
yeah, i know, but it translates into "so that + negative"
Bonjour!!!!
@hot cloak Je vais t'apprendre le franรงais
at least in Spanish xD
Russia, Grey
vais? ๐ค
@hushed oriole In some sentences, but that doesn't work in Pferd's example
how would you translate what I wrote?
BONJOURR
Honhonhonhon

well, yes, in that context it doesn't work
I blablabla french
maybe there would be "a no ser que"
okay, you pass my test
you will learn German, lest you want to die a horrible death
Aprenderรกs alemรกn, a no ser que quieras morir de una forma horrible
Oh are testing his french now
Hello fuxxer. How much do you hate me today? :^)
now I give you Scottish English
I didn't like french because of all those silent letters,
๐
FRENCH SOUNDS SEXY I CANT HELP
why have the letter "h" if you don't pronounce it
The French put letters they don't speak and the German removes spaces because "It takes 'space'"
at least it's consistent
Or รฉtaient
but we don't talk about english here
read and read
uuuhhhh
that must hurt
Fokken Arc. Give us the pronunciation too.
that's so true
Polish and polish
Lunettchen we are all talking American of course X)
etc
what about the word "French"?
hey, do you know Anglish?
XD
That's the story how i got A in French.
French isn't a word it's an insult.
Just claim itโs a dialect in some region
Exactly.
Whew Arrem
Insults are usually also words just FYI
That's the best one.
Linguistic purism in the English language is the belief that words of native origin should be used instead of foreign-derived ones (which are mainly Latinate and Greek). "Native" (inborn) can mean "Anglo-Saxon" (Engelsaxish) or it can be widened to include all Germanic (Theedish) words. In its mildest form, it merely means using existing native words instead of foreign-derived ones (such as using begin instead of commence). In a less mild form, it also involves coining new words from Germanic roots (such as wordstock for vocabulary)
Too many foreign loan words for purism now
lol
I remember seeing this one other video about purism and the creator used only native words and it sounded hilarious
Wordstock. ๐ค
Ein Wortstock!
That seems like so much effort to go to just to reduce your ability to communicate.
Ein Wortzweig?!?
Hedge apparently
I found haie and it was just e
Too many foreign loan words for purism now
Not at all! Meet Anglish. ๐ http://anglish.wikia.com/wiki/What_is_Anglish%3F
The aim of Anglish/New-English is: Because of the fundamental changes to our language, to say that English people today speak English is like saying that the French speak Latin. The fact is that...
Or hurdle or line
where did you find that?
Lol
what does to hair mean?
ha-ir ๐ค
To hate
no hate here please
adding French to the rejected list
The conjugation is so weird that Frenchies just use to have anger instead
I HAVE CHORTLES
i anger
The only thing to hate is hate itself
you anger
Solet, du Choleriker
I hate hating hate
Lol
i unlove hate
Welsh maybe, I need to actually look at it first
I feel neutral
I'm in a love hate relationship with hate
You can use detester instead of haรฏr
I want to understand Gaelic so I can read signs in the countryside though, and it's probably related
Je suis indiffรฉrent
Je te deteste
:(
Nemo ist ๐จ๐ญ !!
Why so rude :(
Oh I see french
Oui Oui Monsieur!
C'est moi !
Mhmm :^)
Actually no idea why I said that
You mean like es gehรถrt mir?
Maybe like meiner Katze.
What do you actually mean?
Give an example of possessive dative first.
Okay.
Yes.
base, did you do your cleaning?
Yes.
what did you clean?
did you think of all the German words for the kitchen items
Lol
I guess my kitchen will stay uncleaned
Nuh, that's not a good method because I already have to convince myself to clean.
XD
I am currently doing 1 hour per day cleaning time minimum.
Think of it the other way around: I should go clean so I can improve my vocabulary!
I can improve vocabulary at my computer. (:
Yeah but you might not think of the words that you will actually use
If you forbid yourself from adding any sort of condiment or ingredient until you know the gender and plural form in German, you'll probably learn the words you'll actually need
If you just look online, you might not think of those things
When trying to improve your vocabulary, rosemary probably isn't going to come up. Or origano. But what if you ever need these spices? Forcing yourself to learn the words before using them in the kitchen will result in you learning those words and then using them in the supermarket
Like when I talk about what I ate or bought at the shops.
Seems just as good.
Without interrupting cleaning.
Do those people exist? I mean, outside of those who do it for a living (some of those still might not like it)
what about other things base
quick fire round
what is "computer, keyboard, monitor, button"
I like cleaning because it means I am murdering germs
MURDER DEM GERMS
then again https://xkcd.com/1161/
NOOOO expand the image dammit
gotta link actual image
Nani?!
I guess that also works, but you don't get the title text
What if one day the only germs left are the ones the sanitizer couldn't kill?
I read about FDA banning certain chemicals in hand sanitizers because bacterias were becoming resistant to them in 2014
makes sense
Hmmm.
PASSIVE VOICE DETECTED
I don't really know this concept.
PFERDI KNOWS
calculating...
lol
She was saying that "dative possessive" was confusing.
anyway, I think it's sich brechen
but I don't think this has to do with passive voice
this grammar concept looks familiar, I'll look in Hammer
that's probably why I recognise it lol
i wouldn't say it's possessive tho ๐ค
This is especially frequent with parts of the body or articles of clothing, but it is also found with close relatives
and prized possessions (like vehicles or houses). The definite article is used rather than a possessive determiner
(see 4.6), and the dative usually precedes the item possessed.```
but if hammer says so ๐ค
well, it's his leg I guess
wel
Er bricht sich das Bein
has no dative
still the same thing
at least for me
another example is Dem Alten ist gerade die Frau gestorben.
it's just the way the passive works
Does Hammer explicitly say that it indicates possession? Or that it just substitutes it?
the subjects turns into the dative
oh
I mentally understand it as "to whom did the event occur" or "who was affected by the event"
it might be a way of emphasising who the subject belongs to
maybe Die Frau des Alten ist gerade gestorben. would have less of an emphasis?
Maybe
it's unrelated to the passive voice, looking at Hammer
it's mostly only to do with body parts and prized possessions
which might explain the desire to emphasise who they belong to
like Ich habe mir in den Finger geschnitten might sound awkward/wrong if it was Ich habe in den Finger geschnitten. It could beg the question, whose finger?
Hammer is more of a reference book though
You could also say "Ich habe meinen Finger geschnitten" right?
probably
@hot cloak I would say, just remember that it has to do with body parts and move on
Solet, have you ever heard something along the lines of Mir ist der Akku leer gegangen
It feels simple to me because we have this in Italian too. I would agree with your (Pferd's) first point: it's probably to emphasize the person who was affected by the event
well, Hammer states "prized possessions" too, but I imagine that it's rarer.
but yeah, my sentence was incomplete
I wonder if this is related to the death of the genitive thing?
I thought someone said genitive wasn't dying
Sie strich dem Jungen รผbers Gesicht (normal for: โshe ran her hand over the boyโs faceโ)
Sie strich รผber das Gesicht des Jungen (only possible if the boy is dead or unconscious)
wat
wat
Is that true, Solet?
yeah
I don't see how the latter can imply that
Two Three natives against a reference dictionary.... maybe it's a very obscure rule and isn't really used in everyday expressions?
how old was hammer again?
Make that three natives
maybe it's an exaggeration to convince peopel to use "normal"?
Never heard of that either, I don't really see the problem with it.
the only difference is the way objects are handled. The first makes use of a dative object for boy and the latter simply uses it as genitive attribute. I dont really see a rule here lmao
also hi Chuck

@pine ginkgo the edition I have is from 2011
probably should make it clear, it wasn't a rule or anything. It was an example for:
If the dative is used rather than a possessive construction, the person is seen as affected by the action as well
like, here is another:
Regen tropfte ihm auf den Hut (he was wearing it and getting wet)
Regen tropfte auf seinen Hut (he wasnโt necessarily wearing it)
IMO 6 years is long enough for redrafting rules (I'm pretty sure Duden releases new rules every 7 years or so) but probably not long enough for something to become completely wrong...
mhh
Although I can see how those two sentences can have those different nuances
I'd agree with the last explanation they provided
You could extend the sentence by saying "Regen tropfte auf den Hut, den er drauรen liegengelassen hatte"
I will add it to things to hope that Sprachgefรผhl will fix ยฏ_(ใ)_/ยฏ
How do you get the Smelly Nerd role, 0x1?
yeah, I imagine context would make it clear regardless
it's a role Arrem gave me as a joke, Im just too lazy to remove it unless it starts bothering people
lol
its bothering me
XD
your opinion doesnt count โค

๐ฅ
0x1 is the only smelly nerd we have here.
Tragic stories from real users. https://i.imgur.com/9aUXolW.png
XD
mfw shes leaking stuff again
@whole rapids Since you are the passive master here im gonna ask if this is right (for the english language): The passive brings the focus onto the action or object which was acted upon and preferably leaves out the subject
I don't agree it's "preferable" to leave out the subject/agent but, apart from that, that seems like a good summary
Okay so it's as okay to have the subject as leaving it out?
Or is leaving out the subject just a considerably better practice?
It's a matter of style. By leaving in the subject, you can emphasise the action. Without the subject, you can emphasise the object.
Oh I see
It's not so clear cut, of course, but if you have the subject then it's often better to make an active sentence instead. That's what the style guidelines usually complain about.
In English, you often emphasise by intonation so it's not really a big deal which one you do.
Okay thanks!
Han Bugi
we kinda draw the line at child molesting
there's quite a few lines drawn actually
a bit before that, actually
yous should do art
I love me some rules
I have some new rules to add:
1 Don't pick up the phone
2 Don't let him in
3 Don't be his friend
๐
.
the last ep is basically about a girl who visits a museum which contains a lot of BlackMirror references, one of them has its own story. It's about a doctor who has an implant which enables him to feel what his patients are feeling. He gets addicted to the pain and it ultimately ends in self molestation along with the murder of multiple homeless people
๐
yeah it's really weird
that's what I thought casca
Seems to me that the last episode of each season isn't worth watching.
I loved the last ep of that season apart from that one bit
the last ep has multiple smaller stories
Jesse Plemons was great as Captain Daly
accompanied by Cristin Milioti who was also seen in HIMYM
Ox1 thanks for warning beforehand, I almost read that!
I did enjoy that episode.
๐
S4E2 wasn't as good in comparison.
Ok that sounds right then
Agreed, Im not a fan of child tracking in general though. The whole ep was really predictable
Metalhead was amazing though
The B/W setting was ๐
and who doesnt love this cutie
Tsk, 0x1, mentioning HIMYM instead of Fargo ๐
I never watched it :(
call me old fashioned but I've recently started watching Prison Break and I'm kinda drawn to it atm
Fargo is a great film, though I haven't managed to start watching the series.

What's that in the pic?
A weaponized spoiler

@ocean robin may we continue here about how to make you better and get yourself to start doing your homeworks?
Yeah, that would be great u_u
Well, the easiest thing to do is looking for the easiest one for you and the one that takes the least amount of time and just do it, you will feel drastically better afterwards
I feel this a lot, still, you have a goal to aim for. Remember: What comes with the wind goes with it.
i.e. great things can't be easy :/
take this to a PM please
oki dokie Nully ๐

ok
we only have 3 billion heartbeats. don't waste them
One thing to mention to @ocean robin though.
I am sure there are more people who failed on highschool and are more than happy to tell you that if you want a good future you should take highschool siriously
I know a lot of adults who just shitted highschool and later realised that they should've done better on highschool
I know that. Our math teacher just said that to us and his speech fokken scared me.
wew
Like me
"ok so there's 12 pupils who had 5/20 in this test, I am fokken scared because what the heck are you actually doing"
And I was like "oh shit maybe that's me"
But you were supergut
and stressing during all the class to see if I fucked this test that bad
I got 12/20

That is considerably good here
I was crying, dunno if it was happiness or sadness
it was sappiness
maybe
Im the most qualified person here to tell you that don't fucc up in highschool
Oh dear I try to not do that
See flops, when are you gonna choose your curriculum?
But don't stress too much either, its bad for your brain health
oh hmm
And what does supposed mean?
But with my results it seems I am more for for L
that I am actually not sure whether I am going to do it or not because of my marks
I don't want to hop in.
We don't have to
And I think I need my sleep, but I don't want to.
You had a good convo with Gandalf the Grey?
oh yes
Great
Hope you will get better marks so you can persue your dream โค
And
If you need to get sleep
Just leave your phone downstairs
Really helps

NP โค
what if someone breaks into your house and you have to call 911?
Just wake your parents
If they hear you they will most likely run away
Because 2+1+phone+incoming police vs 1 isn't a good idea
for a thief
Oh boi Catto

lol

I wasn't referring to P vs NP

I know but I was now ๐
Wasn't reffering to your foxxerl
ohai foxxo
Nah we banned Arrem from general2 ๐
ohaimhm.
Lol
That's a new form of ahoj!
where is the hw
