For me the first responsability we all have and we shouldn't forget at all is that we are all a society and that we shouldn't destroy each other. We shouldn't forget that to survive is the first thing our instinct tells us, and if you break the law (which is supposed to protect the society and not destroy it, in order that peace still reigns and no wars etc) you would have broken that and the society would be eventually in danger, I think. Then there will be consequences which will be less or more serious.
