I'm trying to install the Pebble apk that I downloaded from the Rebble.io wizard and Play Protect won't let me install it. The only option is to click "I understand" and cancel the installation. Has anyone experienced this?

You may have to do it in the Google Play app. Have you checked https://help.rebble.io/play-protect/#1 ?
