I recently switched to the new Pebble app, and I'm really impressed by how seamless it has been. The one thing I am noticing that has been a bit of a bummer though, is that the implementation for the music remote app appears to be different than it was before.
On the old Pebble app, if I had Spotify open on my phone, my Pebble knew and would display the current track, even if it had been paused for a bit, and allow me to play again whenever I felt like it. Now it seems that if I pause what I'm listening to, the Pebble pretty quickly loses track of what I'm listening to and just goes blank, so I have to continue playing from my phone.
I actually tried using a Galaxy Watch a few years ago, and had the same problem there (actually what got me to switch back to my Pebble), so I suspect that the issue is something to do with the way standards have changed over the years, and it will probably not be a thing that can be helped, but I just wanted to check and see if there is anything anyone knows that can be done for this.
