I had something similar, had to create a shortcut in the folder then drag the shortcut out for use. You are using the .bat file yes or the .exe?

Yeah created a shortcut to the desktop of the Launch Titanium.bat but still getting error. Also running the .bat as Administrator

Click OK to close the application

Don't have any file called winEQ 2
