Cant log in on old toons but new toons can log in (solved) | Project 1999 | Page 1

my main(Hanzzo) for whatever reason cannot log in. nor can a 39 wizard on the same account. A level 1 war can log in just fine though. This is a sudden problem and seems to have happened Saturday afternoon. I can reach character select but logging in on the problem characters results in a crash

of course as I post this I am suddenly able to log in again hopefully creating a new character is the answer (somehow)
