Did fresh install. Everything seems blurry. Not just ingame (have downloaded the higher def texture packs), but text, everything. Even load screens. Everything that can be set to native resolution that I'm aware of, has been.
Tearing my hair out, anyone have an idea?

Try pressing Alt + Enter to go into fullscreen mode, you can also press it again to go back to windowed mode. This resolved a similar issue for me. If that doesn't fix it, you can also change the resolution in-game with Alt + O.
