When I have my second monitor connected, my mouse cursor decides to go offscreen and mess up my training as shown in the video. This is a kovaaks-specific issue as I do not have this problem in any other games, could someone help me with a fix? Google isnt working

While optimizations for this are still coming, you can try the following for now:
Set KovaaK's to fullscreen in-game with scale set to 100, and also make sure your monitors are set to 100 scale in Windows Display Settings.

If the above does not work, make sure to leave Windows Display settings as recommended above and then:

Move or delete the file GameUserSettings.ini located in %localappdata%\FPSAimTrainer\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\ - note this will reset video settings.
Verify game files through Steam Library > Right-click KovaaK's > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files
Open KovaaK's and set Video Settings from scratch making sure to match your monitor’s Resolution and set the resolution Scale to 100
