I was running it in the jade purge playlist by matty, several minutes on every scenario and then select next scenario with "done" and double click on the next scenario in list. Switched to 1w4t_pasu Raspberry v2 from scen browser and then back to 1w4t_pasu Raspberry v1 from scen browser and the issue resolved itself.

I was expecting the scenario to have the "pistol" weapon and be a clicking scenario, but instead i had the "track master 100" weapon and the scenario turned into a tracking scenario but with normal score dropoff for shooting a bullet without killing the target on pasu.
because of this it was not possible to set a score on the scenario that was in range of previous scores
Here is after i switched to another scen from scen browser and back to this scen from scen browser

the scenario makes both weapons available -- it's not a bug, just how the author configured the scenario. next time you can press your "weapon one" bind ('1' by default) to switch to the pistol
