Grey screen after launching Kovaaks

When I launch Kovaaks i get a grey screen, but when i tab out it works, but when i try to play I get a grey screen again.

I found a fix

just turn off shadow play

if you have it on

What is shadow play

press alt+z

and turn off instand replay
