thin kiln
So i am currently standing at where the npc quest giver is supposed to spawn for the Attack on Titan cross over. However there is no npc, no note, nothing. I have Yasuke already, i have assassinated most of the shinbakufu (minus Oichi who can't be assassinated) and i am well beyond act 1. Is this a bug and if so is there a fix because i have fast traveled and turned off the game then turned it back on. I really don't want to miss this event.
