How do I sell recourses in Assassine creed unity

If you’re referring to the items you find when looting, you’re not keeping those items. You get the value of that item in money. So all the stinky clogs, makeup powder, and other useless items you find are immediately being sold.
You cannot sell the weapons or gear in inventory, they just stay there.

Other items like smoke bombs, medicine, darts, etc you get cannot be sold

If you’re looking for more money, do the companion missions, social club missions, Paris missions, and upgrade the Cafe
