I assume you mean the Templar 11th century armor. You must find all the Templar relics via the Templar maps you find in the world, which go in your equipment selection, then you must go to the Templar shipwreck of The Sapphire in the North Atlantic. Inside is the armor and you interact with the door to it to acquire it.
