I did all main missions, side missions, contracts and even tales of baghdad and still i need 3 skills to get all upgrades

Not sure what else it could be. When doing everything, we are given enough skill points to get everything. Is anything on your menu still orange?

I dont see anything i didnt do, i wanted to max game and get all trophies, and max lvl is my last one
