it will be fine of 5 minutes then it will crashing randomly and It's not a graphics or memory problem How Do I fix this?

Turn off cloud saves on Ubisoft Connect, then go to the game and turn the graphics all the way down and see if it crashed. I know you said it may not be graphics, but it is possible that a particular setting might screw things up.

If the game doesn't crash, then begin by turning on the settings one by one until it crashes again.
