when clicking the verify button on the email, it goes to a page with nothing but this message {"code":401,"message":"Not authorized to view that player"}. I cannot login to the game, and account recovery tokens never send (have waited months).

Okay, so it looks like the email is already verified, which would be why opening the link again doesn't do anything

The username is Eploding, not Exploding, though -- if you were submitting the password reset request with an X, that'd be the issue
