A primary weapon, a cannon that fires a smart shell that fires a 2nd-stage scatter shot at an enemy within proximity.

Despite firing a proximity fuse shell it is not an AoE damage weapon and can only hit one bot per weapon fire. The 1st-stage shell does no damage if it collides with something.

Sounds like a canister shell? I also play From the Depths and sabot flak is the most meme shell type ever which is pretty funny when looking at this suggestion
