These issues have been there since the release of Icarus North though I wasn't sure how to describe it. They have some weird rendering behavior, often rendering surfaces behind to the first. Additional issue about its rendering is #1282624614203265079 message
Another issue is, there is one giant ice missing collision, can be seen from 1:40 to 2:05 of this video.
