#Auto unlocked flux weaver isn't immediate available to use

I just found out one of what is making https://discord.com/channels/215212717278101514/1345473764254810163 incredibly annoying. When flux weaver unlock on its own, you cannot immediately use it with either LMB or RMB, but have to wait a while until it is usable.

Not a bug (the 1s cooldown whenever a bind is lost is intentional), but since the other devs have a better sense for Game Design things I'll ask what they think
