#ELC Gun Count Scaling

Mentioned this on VC already but ELC currently suffers much more from falling below optimal gun count than any other weapon.
When losing guns, nova loses burst but keeps most of its DPS due to faster fire rate; gauss loses burst but keeps most of its DPS; rivet loses burst but keeps all of its DPS; flux weaver does get weaker but weaker heals are still heals.

ELC has no burst to lose and just takes a direct and major loss DPS instead, which is really bad for the weapon whose only advantage is DPS. Once you fall more than 1 or 2 guns below 6 as an ELC bot, you're usually better off just running back to base for heals since a bot with 3 ELCs is less combat effective than a bot with 1 of any other gun. This is pretty annoying as the only solution is to spam as many guns as possible if you're going to use ELC, which both looks bad and costs a lot of power.

Would suggest adding nonlinear fire rate scaling to ELC so that its functionality with reduced gun count is more in line with the other weapons.

Yeah I agree, I've also felt this many times I play ELC. Other weapons just hand loss in really "even" ways. As if it's some kind of side-grade to have less guns. Where as yeah the ELC has only negatives when you lose them.

The other thing also is that it makes ELC vs ELC fights really weird because as soon as one bot drops below 6 guns, their DPS plummets, which means their ability to degun the opponent also plummets and they will only fall farther behind. So if you're an ELC bot fighting an ELC bot and you drop to 5 guns while your opponent still has 6 left, you've basically already lost the fight and should immediately run away.

Firing cooldown now scales up nonlinearly from 0.11 sec (9/sec) to 0.33 sec (3/sec) as opposed to the old 0.108 sec (ugly number) to 0.5 sec

perhaps we can make more ELC decreasing reticle bloom, instead of increasing much rate of fire

so with more ELC, less tap fire is required, but you can still unload it at close range even with only one ELC left
