hello im new to nexus moods and i cant work out how to add the crew 2 to the nexus mood app i can see that there are moods for the game but i dont know how to put it all together

The nexus mods app does not support crew 2.
Aside from that it's been discontinued, use Vortex, though I'm not entirely sure if Vortex supports it.
