Bug: FOMODs that select no files dont

Example mod: UFO4P Optional - Creations Bundle Patches

1. Download and install
2. Select no options & Finish
3. Right click and Open in File Manager (it will just open the staging folder instead)
4. Enable & Deploy the mod (Error 1)
5. Remove the mod (Error 2)
