All I can remember is that this armor set included a unique metal shoulder and arm piece — similar to the one in the image — and I’m pretty sure it was exclusive to that set. I just can’t remember the name of the mod.

Just an Update: I FOUND IT... https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13059 | ITS CALLED "Crimson Twilight Armor" its for CBBE SSE... its very similar to Scarlet Dawn.
