Applying the 244mb of data is taking forever, and the app takes almost 250gb of space

Can you open the app and check the "External Changes" section? I can only imagine you installed the app on a "dirty" game folder with tonnes of mods already installed.

I have uninstalled the app and moved back to vortex, but i installed the app on clear game just after 2.3 update
