How to use already downloaded mods (zip) to install a collection

Hello, I already have an entire collection's zip files and I want to reinstall the collection to a new game installation.
I have the mods in the vortex/download/mod and I install the collection's mod.
All goes well until around 83% where Vortex pops up windows saying the mods are already installed and want me to press overwrite/install as variant. The collection has 500+ mods...
If I install the collection normally by downloading the mods, there is no problem, but I want to skip the extra download time since I already have them.
My only suspicion is that in those already downloaded mods, I had updated some of them.
How to solve this?
