Stardrop mod manager

Hi im a complete noob with mods so plz bare with me ive been a console player my whole life. I've got the stardrop mod manager thing and it keeps saying there's an update for the infinite money, so i click it and redownload the new file i click Yes to clear the old one but it keeps saying its the old one so it wont run it ? How do I fix this
