fringe island
anyone wanna help me figure this out? im following the steps correctly and yet its not working.
download the mod
2.unzip the file (im using 7zip)
drop the .esp file into the oblivion data folder
edit the plugins text and paste the esp file name at the bottom
5.start the game and see the mod work
im doing it just like that but getting nothing from the mod, no changes, no effects, its doing nothing. I cant for the life of me figure out why
