It appears to be something Cloudflare have changed on their end in the last couple of days, have only seen when using chromium specifically (not google-chrome).

I would love to know the answer to that as well. I'm seeing 401 from challenges.cloudflare.com only when using chromium. This occurs when the PAT is invalid. Generally our turnstile valid token rate is 99.97% so it's not widespread.
